Oven Mat / Barbeque Mat

Most people love food from a barbeque, but it’s not that easy to barbeque fish and other delicate foods, which is a disappointment to vegetarians. Our barbeque mat has changed that.

Simply place on top of your metal BBQ grill and place fish and other delicate foods on the mat. The non-stick ,PTFE-coated mesh is heat-resistant to 260°C and allows you to turn delicate foods easily and prevents them falling through the metal grill. Your fish will keep it’s skin on too! Our Barbeque Fish Mats are safe to pick up by hand less than a minute after removal from the heat.

Do not place directly on hot coals or for prolonged periods in a gas flame. Can be used in conventional grills and oven as an oven mat or as a lightweight and discreet worktop-saver.

To clean, simply remove any small particles with a soft brush and water then place in the dishwasher. Use again and again! The standard size is 345mm x 280mm ( 13.5 x 11 inches ) and is easily cut to size with a scissors, or use more than one mat for larger cooking areas.
